This hotel offers fantastic value for money. It is located in the heart of a charming, quiet street, making it the perfect base for exploring nearby Florence and Pisa/Lucca. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and attentive, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. Plus, the hotel has a lovely little garden where you can relax in the evenings and enjoy a drink.
The only minor downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms during our stay in August.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Montecatini Terme. First off, the value for money was unbeatable. The prices were affordable, especially considering the central location in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to help with any request. The rooms were clean, and I loved that some of them even had a view. One detail I appreciated was the breakfast included in the stay, which offered a wide variety of options to choose from.
All was ok, no complaints!

Great breakfast, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with good advice about things to do in the town. The hotel had a fantastic location, being close to all the main sights and attractions of the town.
The room was incredibly noisy, with lots of noise coming through the windows and doors. This made it difficult to sleep, especially when we were trying to rest during the daytime.

The hotel provided an excellent breakfast with a variety of choices. Its location was convenient and easy to find since it was close to main attractions and easy to access from the train station. the staff was friendly enough and helpful with any request.
The smell in the room was unpleasant, probably because of a problem with the pipes in the building. the shower in the bathroom had no stall and the water didn't drain well, which caused a minor flood.
